Our company - A brief timeline

January 2001
The dream of initiating a business of Information Technology was documented with idea of building a complete one stop IT services solution for the society in the sub field of  Network, Software, BPO & Training.

May 23rd, 2001
IS Pros Limited registered its identity with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms with 4 board members lead by Mr. Faizun Nabi Chowdhury as the Chairman and Mr. Shah M Reaz as the Managing Director.

June 2001
The company engaged into a territorial franchise agreement with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc., USA to provide vendor curriculum based Technical and non Technical Training to the drivers emarging ICT industry.

March 2002
New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Uttara (A fully owned venture of IS Pros Limited) opened its operation at House No. 1, Road No. 5, Sector No. 1, Uttara, Dhaka.

April 2004
Mr. Mohammed Nyamul Hassan joined the board of the company and lead the technical innovation of the company.

July 2004
Software Development was initiated to the core operation.

February 2005
BPO in form of modular development was initiated to the core operation.

March 2005
New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Uttara was shut down due to lack of demand for quality IT Training within the region.

March 2006
IS Pros Limited decided to build infrastructure for the country by deploying its own Fiber Optic Infrastructure for Bangladesh. Application for Internet Service Providers License was dropped at BTRC.

February 28, 2007
IS Pros Limited awarded Nationwide Internet Service Providers' License byBangladesh Telecom Regulatory Commission (BTRC).

March 1, 2007
Infrastructure building stepped up to Priority 1.

June 1, 2008
Introduced the purpose statement - "Your Connectivity Provider". Target set to be the industry leader by March 1, 2010.
